Was disappointed there was no coffee available to purchase at 7 on graduation Saturday. Was told there is a Dunkin’ Donuts down the road. I did like the happy hour at the lounge.

They gave me a key to a room that was being occupied. I went back and told them that the room was already occupied. Next room was not clean. There were still bits of candy and paper left on the carpet. The TV didn't work. The person that came to the replaced the remote and when it still didn't work ,he pulled the whole dresser away from the wall, only to find out ot wasn't plugged into the wall. I had no TV the day I checked into the hotel and the problem was never resolved until the morning before I checked out.

Worst service. I arrived on Friday night the guy who was there, did not even say good evening, horrible attitude, I asked for a crib for my baby and they told my husband to go downstairs and get it himself. then on Saturday morning my husband ask the lady who was at the front desk, at what time they open the mini shop they have she answered with a bad attitude “they already close” it was 9am and they closed the area where they sell coffee and yorgourt. All the staff even On Sunday when we were leaving another lady at the front desk with a horrible attitude. Worstttt service in my whole life.

After checking with the staff, the restaurant had not closed early on Saturday or Sunday so I'm not sure what time this had taken place. Our hours are posted online as well as in the key packet insert our guests receive at check in with the hotel information on it. As far as the employees you had encountered, I am passing this information on to my Front Office Manager to look into. The lady at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and i slept comfortably.

Limited service. Room was cleaned only one in three days. Area is quiet but nothing around.
