Upon my stay as I still cleaned my room upon checking in, I saw roaches in my shower when I was about to step in . I immediately packed my belongings and left earlier than my booked stay . I told the gentleman downstairs & even showed him a video. He declined to atleast give me a partial discount for my stay. This is disgusting & unacceptable. I will never stay here again.

I arrived really late from my long 6hr drive in and I’m used to the big chain hotels where you arrive and don’t have to wait very long to check in, especially at midnight. Had to wait 20min because there were two people sitting who were also waiting to get checked in. After driving for so long all I wanted was a bed not sit and wait almost half hour to get a room key at that time of night. Then the mattress had two huge human dents in them. I had to try to sleep in the middle where it was slightly normal and not sunken in. They need new mattresses. But what I did like was the available food in refrigerators you can buy if hungry. That’s important They also had a cool looking bar but it was closed for renovation:-((

Friendly staff, plenty of parking, nice lobby. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. But the noise from the turnpike is VERY loud, and interfered with my sleep. Perhaps the rooms on the other side of the hotel are quieter, but mine overlooked the highway and the trucks could be heard all night long.

Was in a commercial area. Not that attractive but the inside had a nice decor and polite staff.
Hot water in bathroom and comfortable bedding and good climate control.
