Waited over 45 mins for a staff member to come to the front once she came she had no regard of the wait time . While waiting a lot of traffic in and out I smelled lots of cigarette and weed smoke I definitely felt unsafe someone kept knocking on my door and running. The room was not well kept and I woke up with a huge allergic reaction not to mention parking was almost impossible

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction and outrage regarding my recent stay at booked through Expedia. Despite the glowing reviews, our experience was nothing short of a nightmare, severely tarnishing our vacation. From the very beginning, we were subjected to appalling treatment. We informed the hotel of our delayed arrival multiple times, yet we were continually threatened with reservation cancellation if we did not arrive by 11 PM. After relentless negotiation, we were grudgingly given until 12:30 AM, forcing us into a frantic rush and unnecessary stress. Upon arrival, the hotel's conditions were absolutely unacceptable: The rooms were revoltingly stinky and dirty. The floors were disgustingly sticky. The bathrooms had no water initially, forcing us to change rooms. The staff's behavior was shockingly uncooperative and outright rude as we were checking in midnight. Despite booking two rooms and requesting them to be on the same floor due to our elderly parents, we were given rooms on different floors. The key cards malfunctioned constantly, exacerbating our frustration. On the second day, we requested again for rooms on the same floor. The staff deceitfully agreed only after noon and but, upon our return around 11PM, we found the promised room had been given away. This blatant disregard for our request and gross mismanagement was infuriating. To add insult to injury, the so-called "breakfast included" was a pathetic joke – just muffins and coffee and Oat.

I didn't have the pleasure of staying in that property apparently Expedia overbooked on reservations to the hotel so they send me to a different location an hour and a half away from my parents home and in that location Furniture was old and outdated and broken I order a two bedroom with the kitchenette and I got that however they wouldn't give me any pots or pants or coffee maker I got a microwave and a refrigerator I was lucky to get that I had no utensils or a cup to drink no ice she actually told us that we needed to use the water from the bathroom to fill up the ice tree inside the refrigerator so that we can have cold water to drink how pathetic is that. There was a strong Curry smell overtook the first and third floor. And it wasn't at the hotel that I picked the hotel that I picked was the one in Elizabeth New Jersey 10 minutes away from my family's home very disappointing
