Pretty clean just wish the receptionist was a little bit nicer when I was leaving

The staff is always friendly, the space is clean and the location is convenient for when family and friends come to town.

I REQUESTED A WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE ROOM. THIS ROOM HA D BATHTUB WITH A SHORT HOSE; ONLY ONE GRAB BAR AROUND THE TOILET; THE SINK/COUNTER WAS HIGH AND VERY SMALL; THE BED WAS HIGH AND DIFFICULT TO GET INTO; THE SPACE BETWEEN THE END OF THE BED AND THE FURNITURE MADE IT DIFFICULT TO MANEUVER THE WHEELCHAIR. THE ROOM WAS CLEAN AND THE BED WAS COMFORTABLE

I have personally looked into the situation that you have addressed in your review. I reviewed your reservation and I think I know what happened. We have several types of accessible rooms for guests with different abilities. You reserved the accessible room with a tub. Typically that room type is reserved for hearing impaired and guests who need the grab bars. We have accessible rooms with roll in shower, but they were already occupied at the time of your check-in. I am upset that no one addressed this with you prior to your going to the room or during the check-in process so that you could make the decision on whether to stay or to find other accommodations. I have hosted a meeting with my staff to better educate them on providing better assistance to our guests. I am sorry that your stay was not up to the level of comfortability that we are known for.
