Came to NY for medical reasons. Beautiful and classy hotel. It was quiet and clean and I will definitely stay here again for future medical appointments. This is my new go to hotel in NYC.

The Franklin was very clean and the location was xcellent. Staff were very courteous and helpful. Would stay there again.

Charming, clean hotel in a prime location. Walkable to restaurants, bakeries, shops, museums and Central Parks. Welcoming and helpful staff. Rooms are very small and AC worked but was very noisy.

We had a graduation nearby. Cute small old hotel that’s been completely refurbished. The room with two queen beds is really tight but everything is new and clean. Lots of cabs available. Walk to Central Park.
