Excellent location. Great hotel. Very clean. Loved the decor in the lobby & restaurant. Excellent food. Clean and spacious room. Very comfortable bed. Very Friendly staff except for the some of the people in reception are cocky.

Great location and wonderful staff. Would certainly recommend. Only flaw I saw was some painting needed in shower.

A very comfortable hotel in a great location . Very simple chic modern decor yet very comfortable and relaxing ! All interactions from bell man to front desk were welcoming and sincerely expressed !! So nice to go through a stay without hearing my pleasure upon a response to an inquiry or as a follow up to me saying thank you .
The lounge a bit disappointing for a single traveler as there is no proper bar seating at a bar . That as well as this past Sat. Evening the waiter spent in an empty lounge in conversation with a couple across from me with his back to me for twenty to twenty five minutes . Lounge was 10 percent seated .
I am a fan of the brand

Absolutely perfect stay! We were in town for a Carnegie Hall event, so the location is ideal- less than 5 minute walk.
The rooms are spacious and beautifully appointed. The staff is friendly and attentive.
