Overall, the hotel was decent. I have had much better experience with Westin in the past. Lot of services were not available or not working. Ice machines, water stations were not working. Staff was decent. I may try and find a better place just because of amenities malfunction.

Lovely room with view, large gym (with awesome weighted-ball rebounder😃) and convenient to Grand Central.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was spacious. The bar makes the best cocktails.

Staff is super friendly and welcoming! Property clean and location is amazing, close to everything you need and Grand central station! Will be coming back again for sure!
