It was an outstanding experience during the stay. Staff are so friendly, location is easy to walk or take subway. The hotel feel secure and convenient for dining and drinks.

Best if you are visiting NYC for the first time, everything is walkable and subways are available 24x7, and they are also available just below the hotel

Property was kept really nice, staff always friendly and willing to help. The only negative I can say is the quality of the toilet paper. Just terrible but everything else was lovely. Turn down service and lobby terrace were beyond amazing
