The room was dated with terrible carpet and a tv that hardly worked and was very grainy. The area is wonderful and staff was helpful and friendly.

Excellent location on West 55th Street. Quick walk to Central Park and the 57th Street subway station.
The wifi in the hotel was very slow during my stay in May 2024 and only one station was available in the TV.
The front desk confirmed there was an issue with the calve supplier and hopefully that is resolved soon.

Carpet stains, blood looking stains on curtains and walls. No response from Hotel

Great friendly staff and very convenient location. The bathroom was a nice size although the sink and tub were dated. Our a/c did not work very well, the mattress wasn’t the best and the furnishings in the room were dated. Also there wasn’t a mini fridge — which is normally a standard inclusion at a hotel.

A little dated but very clean, staff was exceptional. Really good given its proximity to things for cost. Heater/AC were a little touchy but otherwise I thought it was great!

The bathroom is very small. The hot water was lukewarm. Not sure what happened
