Amazing staff and super friendly. I forgot a charger and the night manager went above and beyond letting me borrow her personal charger. When I come back to New York I will be staying here every time.

Great bathroom. LOL. Very nice hotel. Didn't go to the restaurants. Internet did not stay connected for long. Had to keep signing in.

Very nice hotel great size room for New York City. I love at a hallway walking into the room so the door wasn’t right there made for a more quiet experience. The only downfall was the breakfast. It was buffet style, Cold eggs, cold, bacon, and sausages but thank goodness it was complementary not worth paying for.

Love this hotel. Location Is terrific. Just a few blocks from Grand Central Station. The rooftop bar which opens at five p m is special. Views of the Empire State Building on one side and the Chrysler building on the other side. We had a spacious room. Fabulous towels and even a heated toilet seat!! We will be back. Highly recommend.
