Great location. Walkable to all the best of Manhattan in my opinion. Scarpetta is excellent. Seville is good. Rooms need more life. They are a little dull. Could be warmer at check in and out.

The staff was very attentive, there was always fresh fruit, water or coffee for guests. There was lots of seating for relaxation.

Hi All! I wanted to provide some feedback on our CEO's recent stay at The James New York - NoMad. Regrettably, there was an incident involving a cockroach in his room, which was quite unsettling. Additionally, there was an issue with a vendor in front of the hotel who was somewhat intrusive, detracting from the overall experience. Despite these issues, our stay was generally pleasant. We believe it is important to bring these matters to your attention to help enhance the experience for future guests. Thank you for your attention to these matters.
