Very nice hotel, but generally dark in most areas. Entering at street level into a dark space with no direction that the lobby is on the next floor was unacceptable. Service at the lovely lobby bar was not up to the standards expected at this level hotel. Very slow and not crowded. Very nice room with a great view and amenities.

I have stayed there over the years since its opening , at least 15 times. But for the last few years and since Covid,I have not , due to price mostly and to see other new hotels. The basic service was very good, definitely up a notch. Jose' , the doorman ALWAYS remembers us, which is amazing, and the whole door staff , especially is excellent. I like the jazz bar and I like the hotel lobby bar, although it has lost a little quaintness as it now is more like a nightclub at night as opposed to before, but I cannot hear it in my room on the 6th floor.

Great staff. The Lounge restaurant needs a better menu and service. Same with the dinner, service was not very welcoming. The hotel staff was great!
