Great location! The staff is great. My only suggestion would be to keep the R loung open a bit later. :) Thank you for a great stay!

We wanted theatre and good food and it was as the perfect location for that.

The termostat did not work and we were frozen. We did not call the front desk because we arrived very late and my wife was really tired. I explained the issue when checking out and nothing was done. Very bad experience and we will not stay there for sure.

I recently stayed at this lovely hotel and had a wonderful experience. The view from my room was absolutely stunning, adding a special touch to my stay. The hotel itself was spotless, reflecting a high standard of cleanliness.
A highlight of my visit was the excellent service I received from Mr. Omar. His professionalism and attentiveness made my stay even more enjoyable. Kudos to Mr. Omar for his outstanding service.
Overall, I had a great time and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. Keep up the good work!

Excellent location if you're interested in a Times Square experience. Nice bed. Small, dark room, beware if you want a balcony, there are big and very small balconies theres the noise of a construction nearby and the dust from it.4th floor (the one with the balconies) noise from the fitness center that will wake you up.Housekeeping staff very nice, front desk not so much wanted to ask for a cab and the lady was on her cellphone talking about personal stuff. Small strange double lobby, breakfast very costly and not that great, eat elsewhere. Many better hotel rooms nearby.
