I stayed here a year ago and there was no line for breakfast (the hotel was pretty new)! The line was surprising but worth the wait - good spread. Used the gym every day - clean and well-stocked with towels. The location can’t be beat and EVERY staff member is friendly and kind. Enjoyed my stay!

There was a huge mix-up with our reservation which messed up daily activities like breakfast. It’s a beautiful hotel, but the “amenities” charged as a resort fee are not worth the extra cost.

They promote having a “free” breakfast but each morning if you were not in line by 7:45-8:00am, the wait was ridiculous, so only if you had all the free time in the world would it have been worth waiting that long…You could not even get a coffee without waiting over 45min. For a hotel that cost as much as RIU, a complimentary coffee bar would have been nice(& no coffee pots in room)
