Property is under renovation. Elevators very limited. Long waits. No room service. Average at best.

Great hotel clean great staff. The best thing location. You can get to hotel by subway from jfk, and uou can easily get anywhere in the city.

Only 1 elevator car working. AC doesn't work. They provided a stand fan. Bathroom door handle falling off - trapped in bathroom

Elevator terrible. Otherwise the hotel is fine. You must fix this problem!

lo mejor: esta super cerca del central park, de cualquier subte o bus para ir a cualquier lado.
lo peor: no tiene frigobar ni cafetera la habitacion y no es lo suficientemente grande para un hotel de tan bonito como este.

Great price in a great location (other than the city taxes, those are the same as total hotel price in other locations! Eek!). The elevator situation is unfortunate, but we managed to work around it with planning.

the elevator system is a mess. no dining, no bar, no fridge in the room and no room service. don't do it find something else. google reviews and make sure about the amenities.my mistake won't do it again
