A block from time square. Great for a short stay. Rooms are SMALL. Staff and hotel although are amazing.

Best part was its location in terms of Times Square and Broadway. Worst part was when we checked in, our “reserved room” was not available due to a “leak,” and they put us for one night (out of our three) in the smallest hotel room I had ever seen with two sets of bunk beds. We were three women in our 60’s and one woman who was 87 years-old. This was ridiculous! This room was more like an army barrack. The whole situation reminded me of the Seinfeld episode where he couldn’t get the rental car he reserved. The hotel knew how to take a reservation, but they did not know how to hold a reservation.

Great location. Perfect for shows. Staff was very helpful. Room was perfect and very clean. Traveling solo and I felt safe and comfortable. Will be back again

The only good thing was because it's close to Times Square, because it's terrible cleaning and terrible service staff, dirty room, sheets without changing

When we first got there they said the room we had booked was not available so they placed us in the captains room which was extremely small and not up to standard. That room was extremely hot. They said they would send someone up to check and did not. They ended up switching us to another room while stating that there was an issue with the havoc system in the room we were originally in and that room was not as hot as the captains room but still hot. We hardly slept. Worse hotel experience I’ve ever had.
