Arrived from CA on Saturday morning texted to hotel if we could possibly check in early. We got no response back from the hotel, even though they initiated the original text. Got to the hotel, we were told if we paid extra we could check in early. New shift started and we were able to check in close to an hour earlier. The manager sent us complimentary wine, water, fruit & macaroons, which won my heart over. Then I notice its reallt hot one night & turn the AC, all night its humming but no difference. We went about our day as we had a full day planned. We got in and noticed that the room was it was muggy. Called the front desk & while waiting opened the 2 wondows which only open 2 in each. A guy came in and said room isnt cooling because of the windows being open not sure how that works as it was cooler out. We told him we literally just opened the windows, he said to close the windows and run the AC. We did exactly that, we left the AC on while we went out. Came back and our room was muggy a.d upto 80 now. We called again this time we were told an "engineer" was being sent he looked at the unit and advised we open the windows because the AC is out and they hope the issue will be corrected soon. I told this gentleman that I would like him to advise the manager I want a discount on my stay he said ok however I never heard back. Expect for these issues, this hotel is near time square, near delicious food.

The property was really nice and the rooftop loung was the main reason i booked. I loved the views of Manhattan. I wish i would have booked directly with the hotel as i did have some issues with Expedia and was ready to cancel my reservation.

The hotel is central to everything so that was nice. Room was kinda dirty, beds were horrible and the hotel has alot of foot traffic and only two elevators so that inconvenient

Lobby & bar were great, the games kept us entertained for a few hours. Location is really good with plenty of choice for places to eat. The room was a bit ‘tired’ & a bit dusty

Need to be careful if you have an emergency and need to leave before the day you booked, the hotel keep all your money, they didn't reimbursed the days tou didn't use, like any hotel does, you pay what you use....
