Loved my view of the planes taking off but the simultaneous silence that the sound proof windows provided. 10/10 experience. They were also super nice and offered goodies for my birthday !

We stayed here for one night due to a flight delay, the hotel is clean, and well maintained. I loved the complimentary items they leave in the bathroom which we needed since it was an unexpected stay we didn't have everything with us. Especially the slippers!! They offer complimentary shuttle to and from JFK airport. We called upon arrival, and the shuttle arrived within 15 mins to pick us up. We will definitely stay here from now on whenever we visit the area. Highly recommended!

The airport shuttle service and front desk service are very good. The cleaness of towels and comfortness of beds need improvement.
