It was the terrible experience as there was unhygienic and unsafe, and they know that already that their services are not upto standards as their prices are, that is why they have condition that what you paid already, in any circumstances they will not give you refund. I just checkin and within few hours i had to leave the premises because it was effecting my health as result i had to visit emergency department of Queens hospital, but they do not care about anything anything. This was my first time that I was visiting the New York and what i visit the first "HOSPITAL". It was awful. That is the worst part of booking online that you could not get more information about neighborhood. It was the last moment plan, that's why I had to booked them.... I just learned my lesson.

There was no parking to start off the inconveniences. Then our room was in the basement and the walls are so thin all you heard was workers with carts pf linen going back and forth all night long. Paid to only stay for a few hrs because the noise and smell of building and room was too much to bare. Will not recommend this hotel if you even call it that to anyone I know.

The smell of smoke fills the room. The restroom is not well cleaned. The other guests were shouting and swearing loudly. There was even a fight in the hallway. No iron or kettle in the rooms. There is no security; anyone can enter the hotel by crossing the street.They seem to be saying that Motel Pergola is Hotel Pergola.

What I Liked Was I Arrived An Hour An A Halfed Early An They Let Me Check In. What I Didnt Like Was Windows And Curtains Were Dirty Plus Little Flying Insects In The Room.
