Everything was great! Especially the warm cookies waiting when we returned each day after walking all over the city!!

Not kept up well. No fridge in our room when we arrived and our phone didn’t work. Breakfast wasn’t very good, aside from the fruit, yogurt and toast.
Overall not very impressed compared to other locations we’ve stayed in.

There is no designated Parking for hotel property but its advertised. I was told to park the vehicle in commercial parking lane and i parked exactly where i was told and even than i was given ticket 115$ which is absurd!

This was an excellent propery to stay at in New York. Very short walk to Penn Station, easy to get to subway and transportation to airport. A short walk to Times Square and the Empire State as well
Easy check in process, staff were helpful and effecient.
Room was small (expected for NY), but clean and had everythng you would need (enough plug ins, closet, towels)
Had a decent free breakfast in the morning, eating area is small, but you can always eat outside (weather permitting)or take it back to your room. Appreciated having the coffee stations
Would definitly stay here again, clean, good staff, convienient location.

Excellent short term stay. Very clean room. Had the King suite. Looks recently renovated. Clean washrooms and comfortable mattresses. Electronic station. Very friendly staff. Good breakfast. Basic amenities. Close to subway and MSG. Would stay here again

Newly refurbished rooms were good - bed was super comfortable- would be good to have fridge and microwave as other similar standard hotels do in New York . Location was good
