Rude employees, dirty, small room. Name on building not name the same as I booked. Expedia should remove this property.

Hello Kelli, If you can please contact the hotel. am unsure of when you stay took place. The Holiday Inn Express LGA has been closed since the COVID 19 pandemic and is still closed. If this stay was prior to April 3, i be happy to make it right for you.

Wonderful hotel! Clean, great room service, reasonable price, no complaints! Great location near a bus station and a short walk to Mets stadium.

I really enjoyed staying here. The staff is very helpful, the shuttle is awesome.
