It was very comfortable and clean. Settled in a noisy neighbourhood but that too adds to the charm :)

The room was very dirty. Bad soap was opened and used. Spider webs in all the corners of the room. Dust, hair and dirt behind the bed. The toilet had also not been cleaned.

Although the property is clean, the bathroom sink is poorly designed to wash your face without water getting on the bathroom floor. The breakfast options do not include sufficient healthy choices. I would stay here again because of its close proximity to the Airtrain station to JFK AirPort.
