I liked how nice and cool the room was , I sleep well . The bed was comfortable and clean ,The front desk asked if I wanted daily room cleaning or every two days, I chose every two days which was perfect as I was able to come and go without bothering from staff as I was able to keep my things out and organized. I did not like the fact that I could not get ice due to the ice maker was broken most of my stay, I also brought my own pink face towel and after the cleaning of the room it had been taken ! Not a dealbreaker my stay was really nice. I also got cold water in the shower but realized I had to turn it all the way to the left to get hot water. I would stay again.

The staff was wonderful except for one. Our room had a package for breakfasts, drinks and snacks. Only one front desk gal fought us over our package deal and she somehow removed it from the computer. I had to get my booking documents in order to get the breakfast coupon and snacks. When confronted she just said “Things happen”. The restaurant was nice, our room was nice.

Doubles are very small, not as shown on website. At the rate, why the charge for Breakfast, not worth the additional cost. Other than the location, this is equivalent to any Springhill, Mariott, Best Western anywhere USA

Elevators were VERY slow and the halls were noisy.
