Property was secured at night; needed hotel key to get in. Pretty clean overall!

The hotel was great and so were the staff however there are many junkies hanging out on this street at all times. I know it's downtown Manhattan but this street seemed particularly bad.

You’re restaurant wasn’t open. Get your act together. Covid is over and shutting down was unnecessary anyway.

Nice hotel and no complaints. Very quiet even being in NYC. Staff very friendly.

There were people right outside doing drugs. There was a fire alarm that went off at 230 am. No apologies and no compensation for the inconvenience or troubles it caused

Quiet and clean. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Enjoyed having a fridge and Keurig in the room. Shared a room with King bed with sister. Plenty of space. Yes there are homeless people on the street but were never bothered by them. Would definitely stay again.
