The hotel was beautiful, staff were very nice. We stayed for 3 nights. We both thorougly enjoyed our stay. As a vegan, I didn't get to try any of the food but my brother did enjoy the food at the Session restaurant on the 2 floor. The bar on the 34th floor is spectacular, beautiful view and great ambiance. Would go back, highly recommend.

Not an nyc tourist myself but stayed here like one to show my son nyc for the first time. The location is convenient to everything and the staff is so friendly. Place was spotless.

Great hotel in a privileged and very centric location, metro station is just a few steps around fox news. The best location of the places that I stayed in the city. 5 min walk to Rocketfeller center and you cross the street and walk to time square.
The hard rock hotel quality is excellent, but my husband and I arrived on my birthday and the frint desk did not gave us an upgrade or a special treat or a high floor room, so that was kind of dissapointing for the premium fee that was paid for being a Hard Rock Hotel. The king room is very small, even for 2 people,there were almost no space to put our carry ons luggage. Will be back again if I find a very special deal.

The hotel is five stars! We loved the location, the chic, modern vibe of the hotel. My only problem was was the on-site restaurant. Terrible customer service, you have to stand at the hostess desk for at least 10 minutes to even be acknowledged then they stop serving breakfast and claim they have nothing left except a nine dollar bagel with a tablespoon of cream cheese they charge four dollars for!! Do yourself a favor and walk a couple blocks to the Times Square Diner and Grille for breakfast

Bar services both on the 2nd floor and the 34th floor are very poor. It takes forever to get serviced. Elevators passing the floor without stopping. A few times, we've waited about 10~15 minutes to go down, no elevator. Then we had to walk through the stairs.

Our experience was really above and beyond. We came for a long weekend along with our service dog . As we walked in David from the valet service staff was extremely kind to us. Jesse at the front desk was also exceptionally with the seamless check-in process. The room was everything we needed. The bathtub was luxurious and the city view was the cherry on top. Until next time!

Absolutely stunning hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. Right on Times Square so the location was perfect. My only complaint about the whole experience was there is building work going on around - not the hotels fault and I'm sure it will be over soon ( they seem to work 24 hours ). I world deffo go back again

I just can’t put into words how amazing this hotel is, my only complaint was my Bloody Mary was too spicy. The staff every single one of them were amazing with a special mention to our housekeeper who left our room perfect everyday. The guys on the door who were always cheerful and up for a chat about our day. I was in awe of the memorabilia around the hotel it really is very special, our room was amazing and looked over Times Square the bed was possibly the best bed I’ve ever slept in.
I would have no hesitation in booking again in fact as I sit at JFK waiting for my flight home I’m discussing returning next year.

Room was amazing and spacious enough for a family of 4. Very clean and quiet, didn’t have breakfast so cannot comment on that. Lovely and luxurious stay, a few steps away from the madness of Times Square. Highly recommended
