The staff were helpful, to a degree. We complained about the noise of our neighbours and they were going to find new rooms but nothing happened.

The reception staff was very helpful. The included breakfast had excellent options. We stayed for 5 nights and each day they had different hot food for breakfast.
The hotel's proximity to grand central station made it very easy for us to use public transport.

The room was very clean and comfortable, the only complaint is the blankets were thin. Staff was so friendly. Great location for my trip to explore New York, I would stay again.
