We enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was great. We were able to get around to all the major sites easily. This place met all our needs. The included breakfast added good value. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was fine, and we were happy to have a place to relax between adventures. We would come back here again.

Close to local attractions like Empire State building. Good choice of restaurants near by. Room is good.

What I consider excellent about our stay and experience was staff member Yolanda, when we approached the front desk to ask for help with our room she was efficient, nice, helpful and funny! Definitely she made the difference for us regarding our experience in the hotel.

The hotel facility was in poor shape and not managed very well.

The roof top got my attention, the room was very spacious. There was some water damage in the shower but overall I enjoyed the stay.

The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The complementary breakfast is always a plus. Food was good.
Elevators were a little slow.
Two things that we were not told at check-in. You have to scan your room card to use the elevator, up and down, except to go to first floor. There is an additional incidental charge added to your account.
Otherwise, every thing was okay.

Came here for 7yr anniversary and was very pleased with the staff and cleanliness of the hotel. Very professional and very welcoming.
