Canceled our room two days before our trip, with no explanation (we booked two months in advance). Said they would provide us a different hotel, then did not reserve anything, and we had to call expedia 4 times over the course of a day and arrived at the hotel with no room booked for us. Then, we ended up having to pay almost double out of our own pocket to stay in the hotel A truly horrible experience.

It was closed and Expedia did not let me know or book me into another hotel. So here I am walking up and down the Streets of Manhattan trying to find a hotel. (I was told Expedia may have booked me in another hotel 10 blocks away - but alsa not the case

I never got to stay at property. When I arrived, I was directed to a sign on door that informed me all reservations had been transferred to a Tryp hotel 12 blocks away. No record of my reservation when I got there. Still have not received a refund after 2 calls to Expedia at this point.

Good location! Everything else is just okay

The location is great but the accommodations are small (anyone on the bigger end of "normal" will probably feel cramped. The reception desk was trying to resolve a problematic check-in (lost reservation) and, while I appreciate that for the person they were helping, I had to wait a good 15 minutes before they helped me (which took less than 2 minutes) and they didn't even acknowledge the wait. Overall a perfectly adequate stay but I am glad I was only there for one night.

room's small,i stayed in the winter and I feel so cold .I'm asking for an extra blanket however the blanket so old, smell,dirty,and ripped so awful.location is so great

There is no parking! I had to find parking and pay $74 per day instead of the $45 per day advertised. The room was too cold and no adjustment was made when we asked about it. (I’m from Maine so when I say the room was too cold, it was actually chilly). The property is fairly dirty and poorly kept. It was a huge difference from other properties we have stayed at with a similar price point.
