I liked the safety of the hotel. Needing a key card to enter the premises after hours. The staff was very friendly. The construction next door was out of the hotels control. But the trash pilled outside wasn’t the prettiest sight. Overall a great stay. We’d book here again.

While it is in the vicinity of the time squares, the rooms are quite small and amenities are very limited. No coffee maker, microwave, or iron (there is a steam iron which is doing a decent job). The value for the price is low.

Wonderful location, beautiful boutique hotel with amazing food offerings! Staff was attentive and very friendly. Room was lovely. Super comfy bed, nice bathroom with great shower. We chose a room with a furnished terrace which was an added bonus. It made the space feel more roomy.
The only suggestion I would make would be to have actual nightstands with drawers for some storage, as there was no storage except in the bathroom vanity. A small clothing rod hung above the raised refrigerator and Nespresso machine.
Located 4 blocks north of the Penn St Station subway. Direct train to the World Trade Center. Will most definitely stay again.

I arrived on the 5th June, with a large group. The bell boy was unhelpful. We didn’t recognise any staff member as there was no uniform on the employees.
As for the rooms, they are extremely tight inside. The tapes in the bathroom had disconnected from the wall.
The hotel however was clean, building works around the hotel made it extremely tough to sleep at times.the location of the hotel is good. I probably wouldn’t stay at this hotel again. Poor service.
