I didn't stay so I have nothing to review. Just wasted a lot of money for nothing.

The staff was horrible, and it left an overall poor experience. We arrive 2 hours before check in time and was told our room was ready, but we have to pay an early check in fee of $30 plus tax. Have you ever??? I have travelled all over the world and this was a first.
There also was never one pool towel available and forget about the hot tub that was always full of 5-10 young kids splashing around. The were no choice quality people here at all. Do yourself a favor and find a different place to stay.

Hello Catherine.There are many hotels that charge early check in fees, and we are one of them. Please note that pool towels are available at the front desk. I am sorry to see that you did not find any quality people here, we sincerely wish you safe travels.

Shower was like being pee’d on, hair dryer almost set the room on fire

Nice front desk staff. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Pool and hot tub area well maintained.
