Reserved online. No word of GayPride parade blocking entrance. No problem! Enjoyed the parade then went back. They couldn't park our F-150 (although states parking available)and gave us list of $45 parking and Ubers! We had to be at MSY at 1am to pick uo my sister! We ended up sleeping in our truck by the airport and drove my sister back home to Alabama! No New Orleans fun for her because "most people drive cars anymire!" Was what the vallet at your hotel told us. WE SLEPT IN OUR TRUCK because we were not informed even though we spoke directly to the hotel 2x before we came. Horrible experience and living in Mobile Alabama we're there 6x a year bringing family in from MSY. Couldn't you do better? $150 WASTED

Conveniently located to bourbon street but far enough away to not be noisy when you wanted to sleep.

Absolutely great hotel. Could not have been happier with the location close to Bourbon st in the French quarter. The hotel itself feels like a historical New Orleans experience but with modernized rooms with all the amenities you would expect in the room from hotel chains.
A few minor issues such as towels being taken and not replaced as well as a broken ice machine were inconvenient but the staff were quick to resolve issues.
