The room that i choose for had refrigerator and microwave but when i got to the room it didn’t had it

The LaQuinta is old and is in a very bad neighborhood. It is next to a mall that most of the stores have closed. My biggest problem is I left two shirts in room 138 when I checked out. I don't live in New Orleans and when I discovered I had left them I contacted the hotel immediately. THe person who answered said they had found the shirts and had them in the front with them. I called back to tell them my friends name who was coming by to pick them up, they said okay. My friend runs by their after work to pick up my shirts and they act like they didn't know what he was talking about. I am sure it was a different person who he talked to than who i talked to but you would think they have a lost and found and the shirts would have been in there. When I flew into NO, I had called the LaQuinta to be picked up by the shuttle and the lady who answered kept asking me what time the next day did I want to be picked up. After, telling her to give me somoene who could understand me, she suddenly could hear and scheduled for the shuttle to pick me up at the airport. Probably same person who told my friend she didnt know what he was talking about and they didnt have my shirts.

The service it self was nice. The room lamps and lights looked like they hadn’t been clean in months. We didn’t have enough towels. Good thing I always pack my own. Other than that the stay was fine. Just a better job at cleaning.

There were no towels in the room. There were several roaches roaming around the roo. In various sizes. The drawers had trash on them.

This property was nasty and room have flyers and all ..mess like a dog couldn’t bath at all …carpet was messing bad ..like they need to do better then what they are doing their ..internet lie about how it look and get their it’s horrible

When arriving to the location the property was dirty on the outside, when I went into the lobby the lighting was dim and creepy. The attendant was rude as well. The room was awful. The bathroom was small and fixtures were dated. There was a microwave and fridge but the outside of both were dirty. The room smelled like cheap cologne too. And a small spider was crawling on the bed. I checked out 3 hours after I checked in. This place is gross.
