Jessica was very polite and honest. She made my frown turn into a smile. Excellent customer service fixing issues beyond her control of prior shift.

Upon arriving desk clerk was not pleasant at all. She was very unfriendly and looked like she didn't want to be there. That impression was very displeasing!

This was a very pleasant experience from the moment i checked. The property staff was really nice. The room was clean. The breakfast was decent.
