After a 9 hour trip, we got to the front desk and there was a sign saying “30 minutes break, be back” with no other info. Had to wait to check in. The door knob in the bathroom came off in our hands. Only one elevator and hotel staff/housekeeping with carts had to use it. Very slow and only held 3-4 people. Didn not help that a hotel employee “rode the elevator”….making groups of 4 have to split up to go to rooms or lobby.

Pretty close to bourbon st. The elevator just stopped working for a while because we were waiting on it for about 30-40 mins. I didn’t like the parking situation but I believe it’s only temporary.

Staff great and friendly, very helpful, riom was comfortable, nicely located to sites. Inly thing bad to say was 1 of working elevator was not working for short time, but they got up and running. Nice breakfast and bar.

We were very surprised and happy when we arrived. The front staff was great. We will definitely be back and recommend this hotel
