Rarely ever leave reviews but I want to save someone else from the surprise of these rooms. Nothing as pictured. Shower clogs when you’re in it. Very very outdated. Although The staff was extremely nice, the hotel itself is nothing like what they posted. On the plus side, Good for its price and the location is very convenient.

The rooms were pretty clean, but dark. Lighting in the room was very dim. Beds were comfy. Hotel is dated, but somewhat charming. Carpets could use a good cleaning. The elevators are a little scary. However, the staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Wonderful hotel, close to everything! I loved that it was affordable as well and my friends and I felt very safe here.

Overall, the room/hotel is charming and great location for the French Quarter and Bourbon Street.
It just needs a bit more work in the rooms... easily accessible and usable open power outlets to charge electronic devices. A microwave and perhaps an alarm clock.

We loved the location, bed, air conditioning and garden area.
We were disappointed that our room was not refreshed any day during our stay and that we asked (and didn't receive) water upon arrival.
We did not have hot water from the sink either.
