Overall, it was good I love stuff. Very customer oriented! The negative is that the beds are very narrow, far away from full size. More like Twin size. It’s outdated property. Needs remodeling, but convenient location, quiet, friendly, next to the Tram station, right across Armstrong park. Very close easy walk to French Quarter attractions. Good price.

Great location, walking distance from all the shops in the French Quarter. Clean room, full shower soaps, spacious, and pretty quiet. The courtyard and pool area fit right in with historical New Orleans vibe. The breakfast was everything! Thanks so much! Will definitely stay here again when in the area.

If youre visiting mostly the French Quarter of New Orleans this place is a great location. Away from all the noise, but close enough to walk. It is downtown so there are lots of street people;but they didnt bother us and we ealked everywhere. The staff where vety kind and helpful. Most tours pick-up right out the front door. Great breakfast. Id definition stay there again!!

This is a wonderful place to stay if you're visiting the french quarter. Just outside of all the noise. In walking distance to everything. My room was clean and comfortable. The staff were all so very kind and efficient about everything. The breakfast was good also. The courtyard and pool is a great place to relax. My family and I enjoyed our entire stay! Many thanks to all!

Location on edge of French Quarter was perfect for exploring New Orleans. Parking was tight but available at the hotel.

The interior garden with the pool is a great way to relaxe in the afternoon before going out to the city at night. I would recommend this hotel to every one. Safe, Clean, quiet, relaxe, great breakfast, friendly staff, confortable beds. They clean the pool, swipe the leafs in the garden and wash the tiles every morning! Fenced parking. Special mention to Ty, who seems to do a lot downstairs. He even tends the bar!

Elevator certificate expired May 11, 2024 should get it updated. Only thing o saw! Was fantastic and would recommend this place for families and people over 40!

One thing I like this place is that their free breakfast exceeds to my expectation. The have different varieties everyday so will not get bored. They even served rice during their breakfast 😱😱😱LOVE IT!!!!
