We booked 2 rooms for one night (5/25/24).
1) One room's guest card keys wouldn't work. We had them reprogram the keys but still both card keys wouldn't work. Apparently the staff's master key was the only one working. So we had to have them let us into the room. This was very inconvenient.
2) Hotel's parking was a few blocks away. Luckily we were able to park on the street since weekend parking was free.
3) There was no water bottle provided by the hotel in the room. When we asked them if it was safe to drink the water from the bathroom faucet, they told us it was on us if we drank the water. Or we could buy the water from the vending machine in the lobby.
I don't think we will every stay here again.

Not so much a issue with the hotel but more that the area, the city is very noisy.

Great location, lots of restaurants nearby. The hotel bar is great, along with the bar staff.
Parking is a 2 block walk, not always preferable, especially in cold weather.

Very easy check in. July, the manager on duty, was excellent. I am traveling and he went beyond expectations to help locate good dining and places to see in the area.
