Everything was clean and new! The staff was so friendly and helpful! It is under construction but other than that a perfect hotel!

The website did not indicate this property is under heavy construction. When walking in there guest check in being done on a folding table in the corner , paper runners on floors and everything is tarped off in construction plastic. Although this is not staffs fault and they were pleasant . Our room had gum wrappers on floor, hair on towels broken toilet seat and bathroom door did not close or lock. Due to construction there is very minimal parking so they had everyone packed in blocking each other and they would contact you if you need to move your vehicle. Non handicap parked in handicapped , people parked on grass and every spot they could fit a car. We arrived early in the day and they did find us a spot. The staff did their best to try to make a spot for each guest directing cars and remained calm. We had to walk to all stores because we couldn’t get our truck out and knew if we did there would be no were to park upon returning. Lots of partying and loud music, very young shore crowd. This is not a hotel to go to for a family vacation but a 1 night stay to crash for the night on your journey. Beds are extremely firm and not comfortable for our liking but beds are one’s preference. Pilllws were comfortable. There is a Wawa directly next door in walking distance and Walmart is 19 minute walk. Took 20 - 25 minutes to point pleasant nj. Overall we will choose another hotel for next fishing trip.

We paid more than $400 for one night stay. Construction work in the lobby with dust and debris all around. TV did not work in the room, shower did not have shower head, no counter top in bathroom sink. Could not speak to manager. Wanted money back.

Nothing I did not get to stay because they were renovating and could not provide me with any handicap accessibles, staff told me that they were not allowed to assist where no ramp was avaiable. I am demanding a full refund I had to look all over the city to find a reasonably price hotel after driving for over 12 hours. I have never saw such a mess. Please refund my $300.00. I know what the listing says but the promise of a bag meal, and again I was told I had to go around the side of the hotel and walk up some steps which i am unable to do.

The front staff was good. They did not clean inside the microwave in the guest room. When I try to fix coffee in the room there is no creamer. Seems like didn’t check amenities.

Under construction the side doors were left open, the main entrance was blocked. The Neptune area of NJ is not a good area, the local stores have great security for this but not the IHG.
