I loved the beach, sports bar grill, the beaches, if you can find a good deal it’s worth it. They did help accommodate to make my room a better view and I sincerely appreciated it. Nice that you can rent out the water equipment. Jerk chicken hut is good as well!

I was looking forward to my stay at Riu since it was all inclusive and they offered complimentary transportation from MBJ Airport. When I arrived they offered guess a drink while they wait to get checked in. After checking in since i didn't upgrade the walk from my room to the main lobby was way too far for me to enjoy anything the resort offered. Once i was in my room (which was at the end of the property there was no leaving. The staff also left my bags for me to fetch since i waited 2 hours for them to bring them and no one did. I had to walk back to the lobby and get them myself. I had plans later that day so i was running behind because they didnt bring my bags. If you need transportation to go anywhere you mind as well boom through a tour company or find your own because the staff isn't much help with that either. The AC was nice and cool in the room but the rooms definitely need an upgrade.

My stay at Riu Negril was perfect!!! Thanks to Davion at Front Desk, O’Neil and Jovane at the bar, Nikki and Teetee from entertainment all made my birthday trip extra special!!! I am definitely coming back

I like the safety of the property. I didnt like that the rooms and the dining were so far away from each other

I like the surrounding areas. The room was terrible, the toilet did not work. The room is located too far from the dining facilities. There is too many stairs to climb to get to the room. I will never stay at this hotal again.

I've stayed here 2x. The poolbar pool is dirty. Not enough restrooms around the property. Rooms far away. Food okay. Wait staff good. Enjoyed the beach.
