The included activities, dining and drinking options and quality, as well as free shuttles to area excursions are incredible. The resort staff make you feel welcome and encourage guests to participate in everything you can squeeze into your time at the resort. The fitness center and spa made it easy to have a nice morning workout, followed by some laps in the pool, and a game of pickleball, or tennis and even squeeze in a massage if you enjoy them. The juice/smoothie bar made for a great finishing touch. Plan ahead and make your reservations for dinner at Feathers or Lemongrass restaurants and you won't be disappointed. Patois patio restaurant also has great food and doesn't require reservations. The jerk chicken at the Scotch Bonnet poolside restaurant is amazing and the burgers and other fare like authentic Jaimacan Pattis are also very good. The buffet style offerings at the Palms are venerally good with a large variety to choose from. Tons of nightlife fun can be had at either the martini bar or the Aura nightclub/piano bar. Connect with the staff a d embrace in the activities offered, and you'll have a great time!

Second time staying at this beautiful resort. Overall the best food and beach at an all inclusive resort. The entertainment was somewhat lacking this time around - probably because we are in their off season. (Tip: if you are looking for lobster anywhere you won't find it in the month of April as they are in their lobster season). Expedia perks - I didn't receive any complimentary amenities as part of my VIP status. The upgrade offered was nothing extraordinary and seeing that the hotel was at low capacity I would have liked to have been extended a nice upgrade. I saw many rooms vacant while there so a gesture like an upgrade to a premium room would have made a big difference in the acknowledgment of my loyalty and VIP status with Expedia. Staff: Staff was very attentive and always willing to help. There were several employees that went out of the way to make sure we had a great time: Shaniya (Entertainment), Rick (Aurora) Orlando (Palms), Shannel (Lobby), Yvonne (Room Attendant) Rovaldo & Sherika (Beach Bar), Janique (Patios) and my personal favorite: Colinette (spa). Thank you Couples for another great vacation.

The resort was amazing! There was plenty of options for water sports or excursions. The beach is absolutely beautiful. Loved all the food. This place feels more like you're on a tropical island than on a standard resort. When you're in the water looking back at the beach, you almost don't notice the resort buildings. You just see the trees and the mountains in the distance, which I think is a huge part of the charm of this resort. There is some night life, like karaoke piano nights (which are a blast), but it's more of a relaxed chill island vibe here.

This property is located on one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. It is awesome. The food was excellent, the staff was excellent and we love the beach bars, which most resorts do not have. What we didn't like is the pool was very dirty the day we were in it. Crap flooting everywhere. They really need to redesign the entire pool bar area to make it more user friendly and fun. The property overall needs to be updated as many new resorts have come to Jamaica.
