Very large hot springs resort that is very busy and commercial. Gorgeous setting. Restaurant had nice ambiance, good menu, and great staff. Basically it’s a lot of hot swimming pools. We even went on an off peak day and it felt overcrowded. It has its place in the hot springs world, but it lacks any sort of tranquility or calm that some of the more simple, natural, and humble properties have. If you’re looking to be packed in like sardines and sit/stand around in hot water, this is the place for you. It’s a bit of a bummer that they allow the general public to pay to get in…just adds to the noise and chaos. Only redeeming part was that from 8-10 AM they have one area that are for staying guests only. We stayed in a cliff side room. It was large, but felt outdated with overly worn furnishings. Overall, it’s a decent place, but it just wasn’t our jam.

We stayed hillside which is close to pool. The parking is close too! I recommend it for family!

Over all was good, but; they need to work a little bit more in cleanliness, the fan blades where cover of dust and a few details.
Bed and pillows horrible, I have back pain after sleep there for two nights.
