Closed resort, ignoring request for refund

We arrived on a Sunday, and were told that our stay would be cut short due to closong on Wednesday. No restaurants were open. Just the buffet. No amenities, snorkel gear, etc. Tuesday at 10am we were told to leave by noon. I have not been refunded the 4 nights we had already paid for, and haven't been told they will be refunded or that I'll be compensated in any way. Hotels.com contacted them too, but were told to call back. Phones aren't being answered. Emails ignored. I have emailed the Reservations email as well as the general email address.

We really enjoyed our four night stay. Pretty much everything was good except the room cleanness. Buffet was decent, service was very friendly. Overall happy, would definitely be back.

We enjoyed our stay. Everyone was very accommodating and super friendly! It was our daughters birthday and everyone made her feel so special! The team is wonderful, definitely looking forward to stay there again.
