The first room we were given had not been cleaned at all. Dirty towels on floor, bed unmade, well after the 3:00 check-in. The second room, the rubber baseboard needs to be reattached to the wall, picture on wall needs to be replaced (glass broken) and needs to be properly hung. Basic maintenance needed.

Bathroom had several problems. Weak water flow in the otherwise nice shower as well as very squeaky bathroom floor. Beds were comfy and tv was good. Lighting was very innovative and worked very well. Good breakfast too. Large list of restaurants at the entrance was appreciated.

The staff was attuned to our needs. We got in late and had to leave early. There was an attendant at breakfast that made sure we were being helped if we needed anything. I drove from Minnesota to Florida and back to Minnesota with Make a Wish. We had several stops on our way. Aside from the Make a Wish Villa supplied for our little traveler, this was the best stay of our trip.
