The property appeared well maintained and clean. Microwave in the room would've been nice. Also, the air conditioner venting is in a weird place.

This is a great hotel - wonderful service - beds/pillows are very comfortable - huge bathroom (but our shower had zero water pressure) - easy check in and out

Clean, safe and fun resort property. The staff are helpful and friendly. Rooms are beautiful. Great choice when staying in Nashville!

After our first night and a morning touring, we came back to our room at 12pm to find that our room wasn't cleaned. We stopped by the front desk to let them know we are going out again and would like our room to be cleaned. We cam back at 2pm and the room was still not cleaned. I specifically requested that the room be cleaned the next day before 1pm as I was running the marathon. We got back at 2pm that day and again our room wasn't cleaned. However, on our check out day, they knocked on our door at 8:30am to clean the room even though the do not disturb sign was up. I don't feel this hotel is being managed very well.

The maid service was knocking on our door by 9:30 the day of check out. They knocked three times to see if we were out of the room.
