The property was very nice and easy to get to. The check in instructions were easy to follow. The traffic noise is very loud at night, even with the noise machine. The beds were ok, the sheets were kind of scratchy. The floor was dirty if you were walking barefoot. The bathroom needs more towel bars or hooks to hold towels. It would be nice to have bottled water for the coffee since there is no water filter on the fridge. There is a lot of construction on the street of the building so it was hard to walk around.

This property is in an area called The Gulch which has a bunch of great restaurants, brewpubs, etc. Enjoyed a wonderful breakfast just a block away at Snooze, walked down to Broadway for the music bars, then to Country Music HOF, then Gibson Garage. Property is clean, convenient, nicely appointed and text communications with management was easy. We thought it was an excellent choice!

The unit floor was dirty. The noise was horrendous. Spent 2 nights of no sleep with a12 hour drive to follow. Couldn't sit on balcony. TV extra loud still didn't kill it.

We just checked out after 4 days here and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It will be come our go to place in Nashville. A few notable things for people who are wondering:
- we had a room not facing the highway and it was very quiet, I do imagine if you had one over the highway it would be noisier
- the rooftop pool, hot tub and gym facilities are amazing
- it was about a 15 minute walk to Broadway, we are fairly fast walkers, but walked there and back every day
- the blinds in the bedroom let tons of light in, so bring a sleep mask
- there are very bare bones items in the kitchen, and not a single condiment to be had, not even salt and pepper
- there is no conditioner or body lotion, just shampoo and body wash
I'd definitely recommend staying here!
