there was a fire alarm that went off and we were ordered to evacuate, when we got to the front desk and asked about the evacuation we were told that it isn't a fire even after checkout am demanding a refund

To clean property, spacious rooms, by staff and good looking bar. Only $10-$15 to Uber downtown. Has an airport shuttle for free. Couple fast food places and a gas station walking distance. Homeless in the area but they don't bother anyone.

We love Hotel Preston because it is close enough to get an affordable Uber to downtown but far enough from downtown that it’s not too pricey. It’s our favorite hotel to stay at when we go to Nashville and we have stayed many times. I highly recommend the hotel based on the rooms and the staff, really good bang for your buck!

Stayed here before about 5 years ago. It is definitely in need of some updating. Hallways smelled musty and the rooms need a renovation.

The hotel staff were very nice.. bartender was great food was good and the entertainment at the bar was very good… room was horrible… door had to to be lifted to even begin to close .. toilet would not flush… room was very run down and not maintained… was worst hotel I have stayed in for many years

I was really hoping to like this hotel and thought it would be good as I knew they were under renovations so I was expecting a new room like in the pictures. Definitely not the case, It was like the landlord special happened aka they just painted & slapped some wall paper & new carpet down with furniture that doesn’t age well. The bathroom was by far the roughest part, the tubs enamel was coming off and there was no water pressure but the icing on top was the drop ceiling that was ONLY in the bathroom plus on top of that none of said drop ceiling tiles matched. The hallways reminded me of something from the shining. The outside looked rough too which I was expecting since they are renovating. The bar/lounge and entrance look nice though! and the staff was kind.
