Us and 2 other couples stayed for 4 nights. Staff was amazing hotel smells amazing not sure what they do. Room was perfect!!! Had a very nice spread for breakfast as well. Great location took us only a couple of minutes to get down to Broadway.

Great location just a few blocks from Broadway but had a super noisy room on 5th floor facing street - asked for room change and was denied … front desk claimed better rooms reserved for folks who did not use a third party vendor - shame on them since we were fully paying customers as well. Makes one challenge benefit of booking via Expedia.

Reserved two suites for 1 night and when we arrived there was no one to velvet park so we drove around for several minutes trying to find somewhere to park. Finally found a parking garage behind the hotel that was extremely dark and dirty. My family could not walk down the steps because it was pitch black and had obviously been used as a bathroom often. I realize this is probably not the hotels fault but it all tied together for us. When we arrived in our suite it was unbelievably small. When we pulled the sleeper sofa out it almost touch the other bed. We could barely walk through the room without walking on a bed. I would never stay here again.
