I was staying here for a convention but came a few days early to see some of Nashville, a total of 9 days. The first 7 days I had no internet access, so if I wanted to do any work, I was unable. I asked the front desk 3 days in a row several times and they asked for my room number, but no one ever came to fix it until the 7th day of my stay and that was only because my husband ran into a maintenance man while I was at the convention. The pool was tiny and mostly in the shade with about 6 lounge chairs. Every night we were woken up by loud drink guests getting off the elevator. I asked several times abou getting a receipt for my stay but was told that wasn’t possible due to being booked with Expedia. I would NEVER RECOMMEND STAYING HERE.

They provide golf cart rides to and from broadway that are a lot of fun ! Also free drink during 4-5 happy hr at the hotel bar !

Loved that a golf cart from hotel would take you near Btoadway. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Overall very nice property. Front desk staff could use some training. At check in they asked if I had an IHG Membership. Upon finding that I did, they said I couldn’t collect points since I had made the reservation through Expedia, but they would accommodate an early checkin and call me as soon as a room was available. That was at 12noon. I watched groups of other guests walk up, check in and head to their rooms. By 3:30 I hadn’t heard from them and when I asked they acted like I was looking for special treatment. No, your published check in time is 3pm.
On the “Property Details” section on Expedia they listed Breakfast included. There is no buffet. You have to request a voucher from the front desk, take it to a Bodega next to the lobby and they allow a breakfast sandwich and drink. The food is terrible and without a voucher it costs $13.50.
The bathroom sinks are a sleek Kohler designed porcelain square with a short faucet in the back corner. It’s so short you can hardly get your toothbrush under it to rinse it off and any spittle that accumulates on the drain screen just sits there because the faucet isn’t pointed at it to rinse things down. Aesthetically pleasing but functionally deficient.

Great place to stay just off Broadway. Walkable but they offer a golf cart ride down to Broadway if needed.
