The room and staff were great. A bit disappointed that there was no cleaning of room for our 5 day stay. But we were always able to get fresh towels by going to front desk.

The room felt damp from the AC and our room keys didn't work and the excellent staff had to let us in w/ a master key.

We arrived shortly after 4PM. The staff informed us our room was not ready, and told us to wait about half an hour. We waited, called, and still we had to wait another half hour. We ended up waiting for around an hour, and didn’t get our rooms until 5:30PM.

The room was not clean and when staying two days room service never came to clean up and provide new towels. We paid 500 a night. You would expect simple gestures for hospitality, such as making sure room was cleaned and prepared each day.

Hotel is aged and dirty. We didn’t get the room we reserved.
