I chose this property according to convenience, free breakfast, and a suite, to where I drove 8 hours to attend a charity event, and it would be close by! Luckily I didn't go alone, as I had first set out to do. I go to office to check in to my suite. A suite in non existent on this property, even though that is what I "PAID" for! So I ask, what time is breakfast, "we DON'T" serve breakfast, but was advertised as you did! I asked if the price would be lowered, since a 'suite' is what i was charged for. I was told 'no', because I would not find a better rate at any other property. (Note:) My credit card has already been charged!!! There was one room available, (outside stairs) that was given, so dead tired from the long drive, went up to the room, being told, I could change rooms the next day. 1 (ONE) towel, I kid you not, in the room, ONE! Rested for about 3 ours, then went out to explore Nashville. Came back about 3pm to check into the downstairs room, I was promised the night before. Was then told there was none available. So was sent to an upstairs room, the key would not work, and the door handle was broke. Went back down to get more keys. Back up the stairs, opened door, Security lock is gone, totally! After changing rooms 3 times, and a long wait, I was given a downstairs room. No deadbolt, door had been previously broke into, with what looked like a crowbar! People having sex on outside stairs, transients digging in trash for hours, I have more to say, not enough room!

The man at the hotel tried to charge my card once I told him that I wouldn’t be able to make my reservation. When I pulled on the lot it looked very unsafe and I informed him that I wouldn’t be interested in making my reservation he said he would take to him manager and give me a call back then proceeded to charge my card which didn’t go through because I removed the funds. Also I never received a call back!!

I look for clean, comfortable, quiet, convenient and cost effective. It looked clean but after walking around I noticed that the bottom of my feet were black. Wonder when the last time the floor was mopped. Bed WAS comfortable. Noisy road outside as some cars like to see how fast they can race up the hill. Upstairs occupant walked around at all times at night. 3, 5:00 in the morning, sounding like they were coming through the ceiling. Don’t like when motels stretch the truth or outright LIE. This hotel is NOT downtown. And their breakfast consisted of ONLY coffee. That’s NOT a breakfast!!! Checking price with the BW next door there was not much of a difference. So I would say that this place is not even cost effective. I learned one thing, though, READ the reviews before booking.

Non-smoking room smelled like cigarettes and sewage. Bathtub, floor tiles, carpet, curtains, and bed covers had brown/red burn marks all over them. Floor tile was cracked and lifting. Carpet was sticky or oily. Mattress had holes in it. Bathroom door did not close because it had been kicked in and half the frame was broken off. Unknown residue all over walls and window. $400 CAD a night after taxes, paid for two nights. Could not get a refund since we arrived to check in after 4pm. Informed the front desk and all they could say was “sorry”. No other rooms available. Do not waste your money. stay ANYWHERE else.

The rooms could, perhaps, do with an upgrade but it was perfectly adequate for our stay there. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was clean. The only thing I would have liked would be a kettle in the room and, maybe, a fridge but mainly the kettle. We were perfectly happy there - it served our purposes.

Room smelled like smoke so bad my Asthma kick in as soon as I walked in the room, and there was no lock on the door for extra security and I was a woman alone, I didn't end up staying got a room somewhere else but the lady behind the counter was very nice she tried

The place is apparently being remodeled but our room had stained sheets and a drain pipe hole in the bathtub. We ended up staying somewhere else. This place should be shut dowb until the remodel is complete.
